Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

NVC is an internationally renowned system of communication skills. There are books, workshops, training programs, and more. This system is really helpful in learning how to communicate one's feelings and needs with others in ways that those needs are most likely to get heard and met.

Group Therapy with Francis Kaklauskas

Francis is a master group therapist and offers many therapy groups per week including process groups and training groups. Process groups help develop interpersonal skills (and how to talk about one's internal experience), connections with others, and an emotionally safe-enough space to process what is going on in our lives with others who can relate.
